Senior .Net developer / Technical lead to IMP Online, Malmö

Exiting opportunity for a driven, experienced candidate with deep understanding of web technologies and modern development methodologies.

Our client, International Masters Publishers, is an international company that has inspired and informed over 100 million customers in over 35 countries for over 35 years. IMP develops and markets direct to customers products within several interest areas, for example Cooking, Wildlife & Nature, Flowers & Garden, Classical Music, Home & Hobby and Health. The role is based at IMP HQ in Malmö harbour.

You will be responsible for developing our web platform, taking full responsibility for development philosophy, development best practices, processes, enviroment specifications as well as mentoring and coaching the development team in Malmö and in our off-shore development centre.

You will play an essential part in further developing the efficiency of IMP’s Online platform as well as in surrounding tools and processes, to further drive growth in the internet property portfolio and technical platforms.

You will work in close collaboration with the Global Internet head. This includes solution design, requirement specification, analysis, testing, integration and go-live. You will manage 3rd line support and be the lead specialist to our customers – the markets using the web platform. Furthermore you will act as a technical consultant and sounding board to the business units when it comes to Internet campaigns.

The candidate must have advanced Internet experience, proven knowledge in information technology or a related field, as well as experience in developing Internet-, information systems and information technology, paired with excellent knowledge in .Net and web services.

You are a team player and a strong communicator and you have the capacity to work successfully with several projects simultaneously, both as a leader and as a team member.
